Capturing that “absurd” idea, some people think, the JIL people had visualized in 1985 the acquisition of a radio station in the AM Band, with much fervent prayers. A decade after, the birth of this God-given vision had come to pass. In August 1995, at the heart of CALABARZON – in Calamba, Laguna – DZJV 1458 was born! DZJV, as it proclaims, “Ang Himpilang Kabalikat ng Diyos para sa Bayan” is a commercial station. DZJV is considered as God’s ministry – His instrument in spreading the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ to the whole of CALABARZON and nearby areas. As our philosophy maintains, the programs of DZJV are holistic , objective, and are designed to enter to a wide spectrum of audiences coming from all walks of life - - both man and woman, young and old, single and married, rich and poor.
